- TriviaSuffered from diabetes mellitus a few years ago that his vision was affected by retinal detachment as a result of the disease. He has then suffered from prolonged depression and kept complaining to coworkers of not being able to read the script and not being able to do his job like he wanted to before as a result of his visual impairment. In 2010, his body was found lying on his stomach with blood dripping from his wrists in the middle of the streets of Nakano, Tokyo. The police found a utility knife and suicide note to his family in his body and ruled his death as suicide by wrist cutting.
