Adrien Brody and Felicity Jones hit the red carpet separately while attending the 2024 Venice International Film Festival premiere of their new movie The Brutalist held on Sunday (September 1) in Venice, Italy.

The 51-year-old actor was joined by his girlfriend Georgina Chapman, while the 40-year-old actress was joined by her husband Charles Guard.

Also in attendance were their co-stars Joe Alwyn, Guy Pearce, Raffey Cassidy, Isaach De Bankole, Emma Laird and Alessandro Nivola, as well as director/co-writer Brady Corbet, his wife/co-writer Mona Fastvold and their daughter Ada.

Earlier in the day, the cast and writers stepped out for the photo call ahead of the big premiere.

After the premiere screening, the film received a 12-minute ovation, where Adrien was brought to tears as he tried to direct applause to his co-stars and the director, according to Variety.

The film follows Adrien as “László Tóth, over nearly four decades as he immigrates to the U.

Exclusive: Cast has been finalized on Borderland, the long-gestating thriller set on the paranoid streets of 1970s London.

Confirmed as starring are Aml Ameen (I May Destroy You) and Colin Morgan (Belfast), who lead an ensemble cast featuring Felicity Jones (Rogue One), Mark Strong (1917), Sophia Brown (The Witcher: Blood Origin) and Tom Vaughan-Lawlor (Avengers: Endgame).

The project is now shooting in Glasgow. Sky has boarded the pic and will release on Sky Cinema in the UK, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Austria and Switzerland in 2022; theatrical releases will take place outside of those markets, including in the U.S., the film team said.

The film will follow an Irish paramilitary soldier who witnesses the shooting of his wife by an Sas sergeant and makes it his personal mission to extract revenge.

The script by Ronan Bennett, BAFTA-nominee and Royal Television Society Awards winner for “Top Boy,” and the Guard Brothers, is inspired by the novel “The Road to Balcombe Street,” by Steven S. Moysey. Chris Coen, Rebecca Brown, Rocket Science and Piecrust Productions will produce the film, with Jones serving as executive producer.

In support of the upcoming theatrical release of "The Uninvited", DreamWorks have unveiled three clips and a featurette from the remake of 2003 Korean horror "A Tale of Two Sisters". While two of the clips focus on Emily Browning's Anna and Elizabeth Banks' Rachel, the other clip features Anna and her sister Alex.

In the clip entitled "Tranquilizers", Anna and Alex roam through Rachel's stuffs and find a kit pack filled with tranquilizers. The story revolves around Anna (Emily Browning), who returns home after spending time in the hospital following the tragic death of her mother. Her recovery suffers a setback when she discovers her father (David Strathairn) has become engaged to her mother's former nurse, Rachel (Elizabeth Banks). There is one good reason to watch this trailer for The Uninvited: the beautiful Arielle Kebbel in a bikini! Other than that, this is a typical horror movie about ghosts haunting a big house. Maybe I'm just not a horror movie guy, but The Uninvited looks as uninteresting as the title suggests. And that may be because it is a remake of another Korean horror movie. Thankfully I'm not invited to any screenings and can easily forget about it. In addition to Kebbel, it also stars Elizabeth Banks and Emily Browning. If you're a horror movie fan or otherwise have some sort of fascination with ghosts, then be sure to check out this trailer. The first trailer to "The Uninvited", a remake of 2003 Korean horror "A Tale of Two Sisters", has been put out by IGN. Providing heart-throbbing look into the horror thriller, the video introduces first Anna Rydell, a young girl staying at a mental institution after a tragic death of her mother. Told by the doctor to recover herself with the support of her family, Anna returns home.

Her ecstatic feeling of reuniting with her sister doesn't last long though. As soon as she arrives home, she finds out that her father has a new girlfriend with a hidden intention. Amidst all of her suspicion towards her father's fiancee, Anna faces one other mystery when a ghost of a little girl starts to interfere her life.

Directed by Thomas Guard and Charles Guard, the remake movie stars Emily Browning, Elizabeth Banks, Arielle Kebbel, David Strathairn, John Prowse and Maya Massar. The DreamWorks...

David Strathairn has signed on to topline the horror remake "A Tale of Two Sisters" for DreamWorks.

Elizabeth Banks already has joined the project, which is based on Kim Jee-Woon's 2003 Korean thriller of the same name. Strathairn will play a concerned father of two girls who return home after spending time in a mental institution. Once there, they are forced to deal with their stepmother's (Banks) obsessive and unbalanced ways as well as an interfering ghost.

Brothers Thomas and Charles Guard will direct "Sisters", which is scheduled to start filming next month in Shreveport, La.

Craig Rosenberg penned the screenplay, with a rewrite from Carlo Bernard and Doug Miro.

Mark Sourian is overseeing the project on behalf of DreamWorks president of production Adam Goodman.

Strathairn's upcoming films include "The Bourne Ultimatum", "The Spiderwick Chronicles" and "My Blueberry Nights", which unspooled at May's Festival de Cannes. He was nominated for a best actor Oscar for 2005's "Good Night, and Good Luck".
