(September 8 to October 24, 1993) Larry Grossman, Martin Casella and her musical, "Paper Moon," was performed in a world premiere at the Paper Mill Playhouse in Millburn, New Jersey with Natalie DeLucia, John Dossett, Christine Ebersole, Gregory Harrison, Linda Hart and Chandra Wilson in the cast. Matt Casella was director. Steve Marzullo was musical director. Alan Johnson was choreographer. Michael Anania was scenic designer. Pat Collins was lighting designer. Jeffrey Kurland was costume designer.
