- Ted Andre is an award-winning Producer and Production Executive, who has successfully developed and produced cutting edge critically acclaimed independent content for theatrical, television, and streaming platforms. His creative background is firmly rooted in both music and filmmaking, with extensive knowledge of the entire content production lifecycle including emerging technologies. He is Co-Founder and COO of Coda Music - an artist led, fan curated, music streaming platform on which artists build social community with their fans.
He is also Managing Partner and co-founder of Blue Blood Films, and Black Market Entertainment (BME). His first feature, the sci-fi noir thriller FEEDBACK, was both critically and commercially successful. The film was a featured selection at the Angelika Film Festival in NYC, won awards for Best Screenplay and Best Editing at the Slamdunk Film Festival in Park City - and was picked up by Showtime, HBO, and Netflix.
He won the Jury Award for producing the graphic novel action/comedy TAINTED LOVE at the 2014 Richmond International Film Festival. TAINTED LOVE was also chosen by Variety for their Top 10 list.
Ted is co-Creator and Executive Producer of the music-themed scripted series BILLION DOLLAR BABIES, partnered with Shep Gordon, Alice Cooper, and veteran music agent Rob Heller.
Prior to producing his first feature, Ted enjoyed a successful career in the music industry as a performing and recording artist. Moving to Los Angeles to audition for the guitar spot in Ozzy Osbourne's band, he has played countless shows in renowned venues such as The Whisky, The Roxy, The Troubadour, and The Viper Room.
Ted was also a prolific session musician and producer, additionally working as a "ghost player" for top charting rock and metal bands. He has recorded sessions in top LA studios including Sound City, Paramount Studios, Sunset Sound, Conway, The Village, and Cherokee Studios. He is represented by Rob Heller Entertainment, and Independent Artist Group (IAG).
