Found has finally unveiled a look at Danielle Savre’s character who may play a big role in the show!

Found has been hitting new creative highs in its second season. While still trying to find missing people, the team is reeling from Gabi (Shanola Hampton) revealing she had kept Sir (Mark-Paul Gosselaar) prisoner for months to use him for information to other abductors. Each member of the team is having trouble handling that, especially Laci (Gabrielle Walsh), when she realizes Sir abducted her as a “companion” for Gabi.

The team is doing their best, but complications include how their police detective ally, Mark (Brett Dalton), no longer trusts them and even wants to arrest Gabi for what she did. He was forced to cut Zeke (Arlen Escarpeta) off from his computers, his only connection to the world.

The midseason finale ended with Gabi heading to her old high school and a showdown with Sir.

The 2025 edition of the Critics Choice Awards will be held on January 12, 2025, in Santa Monica, California. The ceremony will be broadcasted on E! and will stream on Peacock the day after.

“Shōgun” was the most lauded show among the Critics Choice Awards annual list of TV nominations. The FX series nods in six categories: drama series, drama actor (Hiroyuki Sanada), drama actress (Anna Sawai), supporting drama actor (Tadanobu Asano and Takehiro Hira) and supporting drama actress (Moeka Hoshi).

Television nominees for the 30th Annual Critics Choice Awards were announced on Thursday, and FX’s acclaimed drama Shōgun led the pack with six total nominations.

Shōgun was one of eight shows to earn a nod in the Best Drama Series category, while cast members Hiroyuki Sanada, Anna Sawai, Tadanobu Asano, Takehiro Hira and Moeka Hoshi all picked up nominations for their work, as well.

The Critics Choice Association (Cca) announced today the TV category nominees for the 30th annual Critics Choice Awards.

The winners will be revealed at the star-studded Critics Choice Awards gala hosted by Chelsea Handler, which will broadcast Live on E! on Sunday, January 12, 2025 (7:00 – 10:00 pm Et / Pt) from the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica.

The show will also be available to stream the next day on Peacock.

Hot off its record haul at the Emmys, FX/Hulu’s Shōgun leads the 30th Critics Choice Awards TV nominations with six, followed by a half-dozen other shows with four each: ABC’s Abbott Elementary, Apple TV+’s Disclaimer, HBO|Max’s Hacks and The Pengiun, Netflix’s The Diplomat and the final season of FX’s What We Do in the Shadows.

Eight other programs are next with three nominations apiece.

Netflix leads all networks and platforms with 23 Cca noms, followed by awards rival HBO|Max with 21. FX with 13 and Apple TV+ with 12 are the only others in double digits.

Nominations for the film categories will be revealed December 12, and the awards will be handed out Sunday, January 12, at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica. E! will air the Critics Choice Awards live.

Not so long ago, NBC’s hit show Found would have had Gabi Mosely (Shanola Hampton) keep her former English teacher and captor Sir (Mark-Paul Gosselaar) in the basement for another season or two. But that way of doing TV, says Found creator/showrunner Nkechi Okoro Carroll, has passed. “Not in this day and age, with streaming and binge-watching and how aggressively our audience moves through content… if we’d created this show maybe 10 years ago, we probably could have,” she explained to The Hollywood Reporter from the show’s set in Atlanta.

A crime and mystery drama series, the Found TV show stars Shanola Hampton, Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Kelli Williams, Brett Dalton, Gabrielle Walsh, Arlen Escarpeta, and Karan Oberoi. The story revolves around Gabi Mosely (Hampton), a recovery specialist who, years ago, was one of the many people who are reported missing in the United States each year. Her time with her captor, Sir (Gosselaar), helped shape her into who she is today. Gabi and her crisis management team work to find missing people overlooked by the system.

In NBC’s Found, Gabi Mosely (played by Shanola Hampton) dedicates her life to finding the marginalized individuals who’ve slipped through the cracks. That’s because back in 2003, she as a kidnaped teen — alongside a newly abducted Bella — tried and eventually succeeded in escaping their captor, Sir (Mark-Paul Gosselaar). The drama series’ premiere, which aired almost a year ago, famously ended with the reveal that grown-up Gabi has been keeping Sir in her basement, chained to a wall!

NBC has released a new trailer for Season 2 of Found, which finds Gabi’s (Shanola Hampton) world turned upside down after her childhood kidnapper Sir (Mark-Paul Gosselaar) has escaped.

The trailer with Gabi revealing her big secret and harrowing backstory to her colleague, Detective Mark Trent (Brett Dalton). She admits to Mark that she had kept Sir a prisoner in her basement, and he is now on the loose.

“This is my fault. He took my sister as payback for what I have been doing for the last nine months,” Gabi tells Mark in the trailer.

Sir continues to taunt Gabi, telling her, “It’s been a long time without a chain between us. How does it feel to be free? In the open? And yet still connected.”
