- Jake's father was born in Denmark, to a Danish father and an English mother (Jake's paternal grandfather was born under the surname "Anderson", later changing it to "Arkner", while Jake's father used his own mother's maiden surname, "Weber"). Jake's maternal grandfather, Robert Coriat, who was born in Mogador, Morocco, was of Moroccan Jewish descent. Jake's maternal grandmother, Priscilla Weigall, was English, from an upper-class family. Priscilla's father was Sir William Ernest George Archibald Weigall, 1st Baronet, while Priscilla's maternal grandfather was Sir John Blundell Maple, 1st Baronet.

- Jake's brother, Charley Weber, was the little boy walking onstage while Jimi Hendrix is on stage, shown on film and in a photograph from a performance by The Jimi Hendrix Experience at the Royal Albert Hall, London, England, 24 February, 1969.
- Son, Waylon Weber, born 24 March 2006, with long-term girlfriend Elizabeth Carey whom he split with in 2011.
