Brother of Brick Majors.

In October of 2007 Surewood and another driver were racing at speeds up to 90 mph on Sherman Way in Van Nuys, CA, when one of the cars hit the other and bounced into a parked car in which were a woman and her two children. The woman's leg had to be amputated and her five-year-old son died. Surewood and the other driver were both arrested and charged with vehicular homicide. He was found guilty and sentenced to 11 years in prison. He was released in April 2013 after serving 5-1/2 years.
