Felix Montano is a first generation Cuban/American, and was born in Miami, Florida and raised in Burlingame, California. His parents both fled Cuba, and the Castro regime in the late 50's and early 60's. They arrived here with the shirts on their backs. They proceeded to achieve the 'American Dream' which was still available to them then.
Felix has had an extensive career in film and TV for over 35 years as a dancer, model and actor, having appeared in such films as "A Chorus Line", "Earth Girls Are Easy", "Man Of The Year", "Captain E.O.", "In Crowd" and "Without You I'm Nothing". He was the associate choreographer in "Fast Forward", Directed by Sidney Poitier.
He has traveled the World dancing and modeling.
Felix has worked on films, television, videos and other projects with Richard Attenborough, Jim Carey, Michael & Janet Jackson, Michael Douglas, Sidney Poitier, Anne Bancroft, Michael Bay, Bob Hope, Francis Ford Coppola, George Lucas, Geena Davis, Faye Dunaway, Johnny Depp, Tom Petty, Julie Brown, Brooke Shields, Carl Reiner, Mitzi Gaynor, Lilly Tomlin, Irene Cara, Sandahl Bergman, Gloria Estefan and Cher. He recently appeared through the final 7th season of HBO's award winning series "VEEP" as Julia Louis-Dreyfus's Secret Service.
He has appeared on The Oscars, The Grammys, and numerous other TV specials and commercials.
On stage Felix has starred in the lead role, in San Francisco's long running, record breaking "Beach Blanket Babylon".
He co-starred with Lee Roy Reams as Richard DeNardo in the Papermill Playhouse production of "Victor/Victoria", also starring Robert Cuccioli.
He even appeared in the original New York City Chippendale's All Male Review.
Felix teamed up with Robbie Laughlin of Bravo's "Queer Eye for the Straight Girl" to co-host on The Q Television Network's "On Q Live" and appeared in the award winning short film "Is One of you Eddie?".
He appears in the Gay Indie Film and based on the acclaimed novel, "Kept Boy" directed by George Bamber
Having been bullied and sexually abused himself in his youth, Felix is a powerful and vocal advocate for anti-bullying and sexually abused Victims and LGB rights.
He is also a renowned and respected fitness coach, instructor and trainer across the country.
