Sam Maydew is the Founder of 734 Media where he guides numerous clients' careers as well as specializes on the production side for the company. He left his previous venture as Co-Founder and Partner of Silver Lining Entertainment to focus on his film-making and his management. Maydew is well known for his role as lead producer on the film Paint which he developed over the course of 10 years with client Brit McAdams who wrote & directed the film. Paint stars Owen Wilson, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Michaela Watkins & Stephen Root. Prior to Paint, Maydew produced the Lionsgate feature The Kid in 2019, directed by client Vincent D'Onofrio and starring Ethan Hawke, Dane DeHaan & Chris Pratt. He produced Sony Pictures Classics SLC Punk!. Which he developed, produced, and it premiered at Sundance. Maydew also produced the award-winning documentary Be Here Now. In 2018, he produced the Robert Mapplethorpe biopic starring The Crown's Matt Smith entitled Mapplethorpe. Maydew's other film credits include Netflix's Take the 10, Mall, The Education of Charlie Banks and Daydream Nation. His TV producing credits include Katt William's American Hustle and John Leguizamo's one man show Ghetto Klown both for HBO, the FX series Partners and the CBS pilot Taxi 22 starring Leguizamo.
