John Guare and Mel Shapiro adapted the play. Galt McDermott was composer. John Guare was also lyricist. Ming Cho Lee was set designer. Theoni V. Aldredge was costume designer. Dennis Nahat was choreographer. Mel Shapiro was also director. Joseph Papp was also producer.
