Great characters and relevant plots. The writing is enticingly revealing. We care about the characters and their stories. The acting is excellent. The editing is meticulous.
The characters are caring people doing a challenging job in a less than perfect system. Their desire to do good rubs off on each other as they work together to make the world a better place in an impossible system.
This is an intelligent and uplifting show without being uplifting pablum. It is TV for caring Canadians and it is much better than the typical TV fare. I am very glad it is available. I wish there was more like this.
