Concept

This film was produced to promote the never-realized Hollywood Motion Picture and Television Museum. Walt Disney Productions donated their facilities to the film's production, with other parties supplying film clips, recordings and other elements. The film was first shown publicly during a special reception at the Carthay Circle Theatre on September 24, 1964.
