Anecdotes
In the original script, Edie was supposed to have a storyline where she got in touch with her biological father, but that was later dropped. Nicollette Sheridan (Edie) does not appear in this episode.

Gaffes
Lynette's children are in the bathroom and one of the twins is about to drop a toothbrush in the toilet bowl. She tells the boys to brush their teeth. The boys turn around and in the mirror you can see Lynette saying the same thing with no sound.
