This is the first of 5 in the original movie series based on a manga.
A teenage girl agrees to become a ninja for the Lord that killed her father. This is in order to save her younger brother. It's now five years later and trouble is brewing.
Not a lot of story. Not a lot of anything! The fight scenes were mediocre at best. Young-mi (Known as Reina Mizuki in the adult video world) who plays the title character is horrible with sword play. She completely lacks any show of emotion throughout the movie but the same could be said for nearly all of the cast.
There is nudity but it's strictly limited to some bare breasts. Nobody removes their bottoms even during the several sex scenes which makes those scenes kind of ridiculous. Definitely not erotic and no passion at all.
I was bored so I think it was easier to watch. Otherwise I'd probably rate this movie much lower. I have the other four movies in the series but not sure if I'll watch them. Maybe if I get real bored again.
