An unexpected delight, this rom-com from Brazzers is a fine achievement for star and screenwriter Alexis Fawx. No director is credited but the ensemble cast is both sexy and quite amusing in broad performances.
Title character would seem to be Xander Corvus, due to his having a spy telescope to check out sexy neighbors and masturbate. But Alexis's clever script has all the characters checking each other out in similar fashion.
Fawx is a new neighbor, seen baking pies to present in Welcome Wagon fashion to the folks living next door. She seems to be not only a nymphomaniac but also digging manipulating people to get vicarious thrills out of arranging others to have sex even without her direct participation.
With slapstick added to the format, the four sex vignettes are all hot, culminating in Fawx getting blissfully d.p.'d by a pair of stepbrothers (Corvus and Seth Gamble). Ricky Johnson gets maximum IR sex, humping not only girlfriend Fawx but another MILF, delightful Krissy Lynn as the neglected housewife next door.
As a hot foreign exchange student, Kendra Spade also gets her licks in, seducing big-dicked neighbor Scott Nails.
It adds up to a lot of good, dirty fun, one of the best features in memory from Brazzers, a label devoted instead to short subjects.
