Michael Elgart is the Assistant Manager for the band Dogstar as of the
Summer 1997 "Our Little Visionary" US Tour. He's been on the band's
road crew for several years, for US and European tours. The band's
"home base" is in Los Angeles. Band members are Bret Domrose, Rob
Mailhouse and
Keanu Reeves.
