DEI at FanDuel
There's nothing quite like sports when it comes to bringing people together and FanDuel is no different. When people from all walks of life come together under a shared purpose, beautiful things happen.
There's a place for everyone at FanDuel, no matter how you got here. Belonging for us is celebrating individuality and creating an environment where everyone can feel seen, heard, and valued as a member of the team.

Our Employee Resource Groups
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups whose aim is to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with the organizations they serve.
ERGs are founded and led by employees who share a characteristic, whether it's gender, ethnicity, religious affiliation, lifestyle, or interest. These groups exist to provide support and help in personal or career development and to create a safe space where employees can bring their whole selves to work. Allies are also encouraged to join the ERG to support their colleagues and friends.
At FanDuel, we have 7 active ERGs and 3 interest groups, spanning our global offices in the US, UK, Canada, Portugal, and Romania.

Senior Women's Leadership Summit in NYC
Investing in our employees
Women’s Leadership Summit: In April, 2023, FanDuel hosted its very first Senior Women’s Leadership Summit. For two days our women leaders engaged, empowered, and elevated one another through seminars, development sessions, and networking opportunities. The Summit was created as part of our dedication to advancing FanDuel's senior women leaders from across the globe. We also hosted some outstanding speakers who shared their insights, experiences, and career journeys. One of the key takeaways from the Summit was the importance of building and maintaining a strong network of supporters and allies.
Our Partnerships
We invest in partnerships with diverse groups and organizations to attract, grow, and develop talent.
Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs)
FanDuel partners with HBCUs across the country to support early talent through our summer internships and early careers programming. Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, Spelman University, Morgan State University, and Howard University are among some of the schools where we have an active presence on campus during career and internship events.
United Negro College Fund (UNCF)
On the heels of recently launching its sportsbook in Maryland, FanDuel and UNCF will work with Morgan State University, Bowie State University, Coppin State University and University of Maryland-Eastern Shore to financially support students enrolled at the schools. The donation will specifically go towards helping students in a variety of areas, including technology, housing, food security, tuition, and other education-related expenses. As part of the partnership, FanDuel will also be creating a track for students from the four schools to join its annual summer internship program at the company's headquarters in New York.
