Grant Masaru Imahara (October 23, 1970 – July 13, 2020) was an American electrical engineer, roboticist, and television host. He was best known for his work on the television series MythBusters, in which he designed and built numerous robots that were needed for the show, and specialized in operating the various computers and electronics that were utilized to test myths.

His model work has appeared in major films, including Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones and The Matrix Reloaded. He is the host of the TV program, Savage Builds, which premiered on the Science Channel on June 14, 2019.

James Franklin "Jamie" Hyneman (born September 25, 1956) is an American special effects expert and the co-host of the television series MythBusters alongside Adam Savage. He is also the owner of M5 Industries, the special effects workshop where MythBusters is filmed. He is known among Robot Wars devotees for his robot entry, Blendo, which, for a time, was deemed too dangerous for entry in the competition. He is one of the designers of the aerial robotic camera system Wavecam, used in sports and entertainment events.

Unchained Reaction is a science and engineering reality game show that aired on the Discovery Channel. It was judged and executive-produced by Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman, best known for hosting the science entertainment series MythBusters.
