The Expert Field Medical Badge (EFMB) is a United States Army decoration first created on June 18, 1965. This badge is the non-combat equivalent of the Combat Medical Badge (CMB) and consists of a Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA), Written Test, Day and Night Land Navigation, Three Combat Testing Lanes (CTL), and a 12 Mile Foot March. Nine Allied and partner nations are participating in this year's U.S. Army Europe and Africa EFMB.
