The ACC made the biggest move this week as this bracket now has six teams, the highest I believe I've had all season long. Virginia Tech (32), Wake Forest (35), and North Carolina (38) all moved into the top 40 of the NET and Notre Dame and Miami have the best wins (Notre Dame over Kentucky and Miami at Duke). I'm not sure the ACC can get six bids, the ACC Tournament will be important for all of the ACC bubble teams.
