I'm happy with this product. It works as expected. The touch screen is good enough, I can't complain of anything. Being able to use the laser scanner is great. All the the UPC are entered in the system with your prices. This is stored in you Sqare cloud account, so any additional Register you add will automatically have all you products.
Some features requires monthly fees like managing your stocks across your stores.

Amazon says "refunds are not available" even though if you go to the purchase screen it say this product is eligible for returns. Square has been equally unhelpful. Square says its an Amazon problem and Amazon say its Square problem. I am now out over $800, this is a devasting amount of money for me and my already struggling small business. Buyer beware.
