"The Bermuda Depths" is a genuine cult film, one that has haunted everyone who saw its one-time broadcast in prime time TV. It has surfaced in rare late-night showings. Those who were young when they saw it recalled only a beautiful girl, a turtle with green, glowing eyes, and this song. Somehow, they finally solve the mystery that has troubled them throughout their life. Some will see a low-budget, very odd film. Those who fell under its spell continue to defend it. It even has at least one website for those who find their way.

Was going to put that in me Horn thread, but didn't want to get a flogging for a triple play.

Frankie and Annette - I Think, You Think (contrapuntal duet) - YouTube

My younger sister and I had Annette coloring books and Annette paper dolls. We were tickled that our older cousin was very close to a ringer for her, with exactly the same dazzling smile. She was a nice role model for us, always patient. Back then was so different that it tears me up inside to think of how different the world is. We were allowed to be innocent, and we had so many heroes and heroines who assured us that what our parents and teachers were telling us was the true, honest way to be. We were very poor, but we never felt poor; we understood that we couldn't have everything. Series we watched didn't make us feel that we should live some glossy, expensive lives as so many of today's series do. I'm fully aware that it wasn't an idyllic time, but our parents must have made us feel reasonably safe. Today's Disney star-wannabes... What changes={
