In addition to on-field analysis of the Carolina Panthers, he specializes in evaluating front office decisions including trades, salary cap management, and free agent signings. As an unapologetic "trade down" advocate, he is known among the CSR community as the Benevolent Dictator of Trade Down Island. He holds a bachelor's degree from BYU and a master's degree from the University of Arizona.
