My wife was exposed to Covid by 3 people who she hung out with for 6 hours, and she tested negative despite exhibiting multiple Covid symptoms. My son, who never goes anywhere, got tested Tuesday because he is supposed to hop on a plane to visit his GF's family in CA tomorrow. He tested positive and is totally asymptomatic. Who the hell really has it is anybody's guess

Not related to COVID, and probably more suited to Bryce's show than this one, but I wanted to mention that we watched Satyajit Ray's "The Music Room" (1958) last night, there were some transcendently gorgeous musical performances, as well as very refined B&W cinematography. Highly recommended if you like ICM.

And don't get me started RE dentist. My regular guy doesn't take any insurance; Mom helped me out for big stuff. I love him as a dentist. BUT...he's Orthodox, 99% of his patients are unvaxxed Haredi, both he and his wife (receptionist and also the technician) have both had it TWICE already, and I am NOT going there. PLUS I now have dental insurance which isn't total shit, so may be time to find a new dentist. Plus his place is out in Kew Gardens and it's a pain in the ass to get to.
