Noriyuki Iwadare says Shuichi Mizohata is alulu-can on his links page (links to drops-tone.com with the text "alulu-can," saying it's Mizohata's homepage). This explains alulu-can's participation on a few Twofive albums, since Mizohata is (or was) a member of Twofive (MMX7 soundtrack, SFX on Genso Suikogaiden Vol. 1).

I think he might be antistar as well, since antistar's works are listed on alulu-can's blog. Notice that the blog's header image is the same as the album in that first post.
