Could somebody check if the tracklist is correct?

The tracklist in the booklet seems to list 13 tracks (transcription)
I think the SCDC-00195 reprint is the only one with 52 tracks.

The GMO version CD has only 5 tracks. (the Scitron reprint is correct with 52 tracks).

Both contents are the same musically, it's just that the medleys are separated out individually for the reprint.

I assume this is the same for Capcom Game Music Vol.3 / 28XA-204, right? It should only contain medley tracks, and the SCDC-00198 reprint separates the tracks.

Right. This had occurred in the earlier days of vgmdb when parent & child albums couldn't have separate track listings, but the code has since been revised and we just didn't go back and fix all of them.
