Notes

Mieko Ishikawa joined Nihon Falcom in 1987 and began composing music for games like Sorcerian and Ys, notably along Yuzo Koshiro. Although Ishikawa was one of the founding members of the famous Sound Team J.D.K., she retired from it in 1997, following the release of Sorcerian Forever. Ishikawa returned as a member of the sound staff for the PSP title Gurumin, but has otherwise generally maintained positions at Falcom unrelated to music, as one of the directors of the company.
