Installation and Maintenance of CR200J EMU 104 Integrated Electro-Pneumatic Brake

Published: 10 April 2023 Publication History

Abstract

The structure of the 104 type electro pneumatic brake is designed on the basis of the 104 type air brake, mainly by adding an electro pneumatic valve seat and installing it between the main valve and the intermediate of the 104 brake. The original main valve is still connected with the relevant air circuit of the intermediate. At that time, it was necessary to keep the original loading conditions unchanged, mainly for the convenience of old vehicle transformation, which made the structure of the electro pneumatic brake slightly huge and inconvenient to install and repair. This paper introduces the structure, installation and commissioning process of 104 integrated electro- pneumatic brake used in CR200J EMU, and its maintenance process.
