Abstract

This paper reports on the IEEE 7^th International Software Metrics Symposium (METRICS 2001), held in London, England, from the 4^th to 6^th April 2001 and co-hosted with the 12^th European Software Control and Metrics conference (ESCOM 2001). Metrics Symposia are the premier event in the area of software metrics and attract most of the leading researchers and industrial practitioners.
