There’s a lot of data that Freeform execs look at when deciding whether to renew or cancel a TV series but ratings are a major factor. Here’s an updated listing of all of their recent/current primetime scripted shows.

A couple of notes about these charts:
These figures are updated automatically as new ratings are released (usually a day or so after the broadcasts). The averages are based on the final national numbers (live plus same day viewing). For technical reasons, I have to resort them manually so feel free to let me know if I missed something.
The demo numbers, which are typically most important to the broadcast networks, aren’t quite as vital to cable channels because their audiences are usually much smaller. Demo numbers are typically reported using the 10ths decimal place (2.4, for example). In the averages, I’m using an extra decimal for easier ranking.

Grown-ish ended. Now the channel will just disappear with no fanfare. So disappointed in this intentional death.
The 7 “current” shows are all either ended or canceled.
Disney/ABC has deliberately created this situation (no scripted originals so no viewers) to justify killing off the channel, right?
Is there yet another tax write-off angle to this extreme cost cutting effort?
I’m still upset about Single Drunk Female being cancelled.
Freeform immediately erased SDF from their website. Zero mention. Clearly so proud of their extensive catalog.
One of them that’s networks many years ago is now one of the worst. Sad it had funny and it’s commercial. That made you laugh. It doesn’t make you laugh anymore it just makes you cry.
These ratings are still better than what CW is pulling in currently.

CW network is worse, this network used to be really good until some factors changed it. Don’t compare CW Network this network because both of them are garbage now.
