showering is great. i make a post about how much i like the shower at least once a week (usually when im in the shower, like i am right now) but i fuckin love it. its warm and its isolated and it’s cozy and theres white noise that isnt overbearing. it makes me feel safe and it helps me relax.

you should shower more often too. just sit down in the shower and lean against a wall and close ur eyes and chill. if the wall is cold then spray some hot water onto it. if youve got a combination shower and bath then you can properly sit down with your legs out. having the water hit ur legs is great. its like the tingling of having your legs fall asleep except it’s pleasant and warm. god. the shower is great.
