The hotel was safe and clean. We loved the convenience of the on-site restaurant and the nearby eateries and shops. Parking across the street was cheaper and we even found free street parking on Sunday. The view from the 29th floor was breathtaking, especially at night. The staff provided exceptional customer service, making our anniversary celebration even more special. Oh, and the hotel smelled amazing!

During my transit in San Francisco, I had the convenience of staying at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square, perfectly located just 1.9 km from Cal 4th & King Street and a 5-minute walk from Powell Street. The modern rooms with great city views and amenities such as the flat-screen HDTV and Cuisinart coffee makers made my short stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The only downside I could find at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square was the quality of the towels provided in the rooms. They were thin and not as luxurious feeling as I would have expected from a 4-star property.
