We had a great romantic escape at this hotel. the food and service were exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. the pools were clean and provided a nice place to relax and enjoy the sun. We also loved the location, right by the beach with easy access to a bicycle road. Plus, the hotel provided free access to an indoor pool, hamam, and sauna, which added to our relaxation.

We were disappointed with the lack of soundproofing in the hotel. the noise from outside and neighboring rooms was incredibly loud, making it difficult to sleep.

I recently stayed at Megasaray Westbeach for a few nights and it was absolutely amazing! The rooms were excellent, spacious, and had a balcony. The mini bar was restocked daily with complimentary drinks, which was a nice touch. The variety and quality of the food at breakfast, lunch, and dinner was outstanding, with over 100 dishes to choose from. The pool area was fantastic, with pool service and a great selection of drinks. The entertainment in the evenings was enjoyable and the beach access with a free beach bar was a real bonus. The location was perfect, with a lovely walk along the beach. this hotel exceeded all my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

The staff, especially Mr. Mehmet, Mr. Ahmet, and Mr. Fatih, were incredibly friendly and sincere, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay.

Where do I start? Megasaray gave us a very memorable holiday. The staff is excellent, very hospitable. It was my birthday when we arrived, and they surprised me with fresh flowers in the room. Dinner was special, with a table reserved just for us, and they even gifted me a whole chocolate cake for dessert! The food is excellent, especially dinner. We also enjoyed a room upgrade with a sea view, along with a fruit basket and wine. The hotel provided an Arabic translator, Mr. Basher, who made our stay even more enjoyable. a great hotel with good service.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was right across the road from a public beach, and there was also a shuttle available to a private beach area. This made it really convenient to enjoy the beautiful coastline. Lastly, the hotel reception was very helpful in arranging transportation. They could call a taxi for you, and the fares were already set, so no need for haggling.

One of the worst aspects of my stay was the rude attitude of the customer relations staff. I had a negative interaction with one of the staff members who ignored me and then lied about being closed.
