The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. the breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices and delicious food. the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, providing assistance whenever needed.

The temperature control in the room was ineffective, making it uncomfortably hot at times.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Munich recently. The bed was so comfortable and the air conditioning kept the room cool, even during a heatwave. The room was spacious enough to fit a baby crib, and there was still plenty of room to move around and unpack. The hotel is conveniently located near tram and subway stations, making it easy to get around the city. The restaurant facilities were great, with a good selection of food and coffee. The lobby was also very comfortable and inviting. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Munich.

The hotel was surprisingly well maintained and the room was amazing. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. the hotel's location was also a key advantage, with a tram stop conveniently located nearby, making it easy to visit the city center in just a few stops.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the room was quite small and not as well furnished as I would have expected from a four, star hotel.

The hotel offered complimentary mulled wine every night in the run-up to Christmas and the breakfast was great with lots of options. the hotel rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. It was just a short walk to the tram stop which made it easy to get to the city centre in around 10-15 minutes.

The room service staff were quite noisy in the morning which was a bit annoying and disruptive to our sleep. the location of the hotel was not ideal as it was a bit out of the way and not in a particularly attractive part of town.

The location, right on a tram line, made it easy to explore this city's main tourist areas and visit major museums. We also loved the fact that we could walk to the city center and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding breakfast buffet, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Lastly, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
