Talk:Boulder (RB)
From Transformers Wiki
Should we add that he looks a whole lot like bulkhead in the notes?--Jazzerprime 12/5/2011
- Aside from being green (and even then he is a completely different shade), how does he look like Bulkhead? The previously existing character he looks like is Scavenger, which is already mentioned in the picture caption. --Khajidha 09:02, 5 December 2011 (EST)
- He looks more Bulkheady in the picture on Facebook but I suspect that's partly due to artistic interpretation. --abates 14:47, 5 December 2011 (EST)
- Okay, maybe around the jaw. A little. But beyond that I still don't see it. There are some general "short, squat, powerfully built guy" similarities to their physiques, but nothing really distinctive. The distinctive bits all point to Scavenger. Bulkhead has those panel things hanging off his back, this guy doesn't. Scavenger has tread arms just like Boulder here and Scavenger's dozer blade has his feet on it, Boulder's feet are his dozer blade. --Khajidha 15:19, 5 December 2011 (EST)
- Yeah, the rest of his body looks nothing at all like Bulkhead's, but his head has the same general features. It still a passing resemblance at best. --abates 15:37, 5 December 2011 (EST)
Boulder's eyes
I think we can note that his eyes have a penchant for changing color. - Silvery 10:17, 29 April 2012 (EDT)
- Belated response, but - no more than any other 'bots. They all have orange eyes normally, but where the other three drop visors over theirs when they pretend to be just robots, Boulder's eyes just turn blue. - Chris McFeely 07:07, 14 May 2012 (EDT)
Triple Changer?
Okay I just came to this article to add the "Transformers with three modes" category only to find the Triple Changers category there already. Question: Was Boulder actually called a Triple Changer? --KilMichaelMcC (talk) 16:14, 31 December 2014 (EST)
- (Guy who added that category here.) I actually don't recall if he was specifically labeled as one, but he gained his third mode the same way Heatwave and Optimus did, and I'm pretty sure they have been called Triple Changers, so I figured the same would apply here.-Ookalf (talk) 16:22, 31 December 2014 (EST)
