Powerglide (パワーグライド Pawāguraido) is an Autobot plane who reports to Ultra Magnus. As one of the few airborne Autobots, his role is to destabilize Decepticon positions through high-altitude carpet bombings in preparation for the main assault from his grounded allies. An affectionate 'bot, he once fell in love with a human woman, causing a heart symbol to light up inside his chest.[1]

Adventure
- Powerglide (Legends Class, 2015)
- ID number: TAV19
- Release date: June 27, 2015
- Part of the fourth wave of Takara's Adventure product (their version of the Robots in Disguise series), Powerglide is a redeco and slight retool of Combiner Wars Legends Class Powerglide, transforming into a jet resembling an A-10 Thunderbolt II. His chest now features a slight circular indentation to accommodate his faction sticker, and he boasts white plastic compared to the American release's light beige.
- His scannable Autobot insignia is featured on his robot mode chest (although he has two regular Autobot insignias on his wings). Scanning this with the Transformers Chronicle mobile app unlocks the toy to the app's collection list.
- Undocumented in the instructions, Adventure Powerglide can transform into a weapon, which can be wielded by any toys with 5 mm fist-holes. Unfortunately, his weight makes it very difficult for many figures to hold him upright in a firing pose.
Notes
- The love story mentioned in Powerglide's profile is a reference to "The Girl Who Loved Powerglide", in which the same thing happened to the Generation 1 Powerglide.
