Slash is an Autobot Dinobot from the Rescue Bots Academy portion of the Aligned continuity family.

Slash is an expert tracker among Dinobots, surpassing even her good friend Grimlock in skill. Feisty and self-confident, she'll turn away any help if she believes it'll slow her down. Those who manage to keep up, however, will earn her respect.

Grimlock asked Slash to help Whirl with a mission in the Amazon. Slash preferred to work alone, so once Whirl told her they were looking for a human, Huxley Prescott, Slash attempted repeatedly to lose Whirl while tracking. She finally managed to lose Whirl by falling into quicksand and into a ruined temple, however Whirl arrived soon afterwards. Slash then accidentally set off a trap and ended up seized by an ancient statue. She would have remained there indefinitely had Whirl not rescued both her and Huxley, at which point she conceded that maybe it would be safer adventuring with a partner. The Tracker

Needing help, Whirl enlisted Slash along with Brushfire, Laserbeak, Sludge and Snarl to stop Citadel Secundus from crashing into Earth. They sent Slash to locate the human "Codyburns" who was camping and out of communications. She retrieved the boy, taking him back to the Academy so his encryption key could be used to control Griffin Rock's satellite dishes and take control of Secundus. During the recruits' graduation ceremony, Optimus Prime invited Slash and the others to join the Academy as a new year of students. Crash Of The Titan
