Fiction

Soundwave was present with the other Soundwave clones in an attempt to hypnotize the Autobot Kreons into slaves. Soundwave's Trap? Stop Operation Brainwash Humanity!

Due to being in the same scene/panel as the actual Soundwave Kreon in the comic, this guy is considered a separate character.
As with most other cameo Kreons, Soundwave is made from existing Kre-O pieces. Specifically, he's a straight redeco of Soundwave.
This Soundwave is an homage to the Music Label Soundwave with the 'Sonic White' color scheme.
