Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist. Some of his best known voice over roles include Captain Gantu on Lilo & Stitch, the Joker on The Batman, Roadblock on G.I. Joe: Renegades, Crusher on Blaze and the Monster Machines, Panthro from the 2011 reboot of ThunderCats, the Grimace from The Wacky Adventures of Ronald McDonald, and Kamek in The Super Mario Bros. Movie.
His on-screen roles include Rockefeller Butts on The Knights of Prosperity, Ed Ward on Like Family, and a cameo near the end of Clerks II.
Richardson also does the best Bill Cosby impression known to mankind.
