広島旅行の際にお邪魔しました。
広島名物が食べられるお店を探して、リーズナブルで評判の良さそうな浜けんさんに決定(*ˊᵕˋ*)
広島の牡蠣、和牛コウネの炙り焼き、がんす、小イワシの天ぷら、広島サーモン、穴子刺し、広島菜と、広島名物たくさん食べられて大満足でした!
がんすは何だかよく分からないけど名物らしいから注文したんですが、予想外に美味しくてびっくり(⊙⊙)!! 魚の練り物をフライにしたもので、大のお気に入りに。帰りの空港でも食べました笑
あとは穴子刺しも美味しくて感動(¤̴̶̷̀ω¤̴̶̷́⌯ )なぜ今まで加熱して食べていたのか…?と疑問に思うほど美味しかったです。
余談ですが、お刺身食べてる時お醤油が甘くてびっくり(`⊙ω⊙´)カッ!!
甘くないお醤油もあって、それぞれ食べ比べできて楽しかったです。
これらの美味しいお料理に広島の日本酒をあわせ、大満足なお食事でした。
