2012/08/20訪問
本日はうなぎ…です、以前から伺ってましたが、10数年、、久しぶりです!イブがここの、鯉こくがとても好きです、、
今日は川崎からの先輩親友O先生と、ママと三人で訪問♪
早朝サイクリング済ませ、温泉に浸かり、準備万端、、11:00分秘密基地、出発
11;30分到着、、男人3切れ、ママ2切れ注文し12:00ちょうどに登場~~!!
その間お茶を頂き、、きも焼き登場~、、肝一度食べてみて~、、、食感違う、鮮度抜群!!
主役登場まで、、いい時間かかり?。。おそらく注文時に生きた鰻を捌き、焼く、、そうです時間掛かるんですよ
先客はまだ2~3組みです、、、が
素晴らしき、時間設定、、、、さすが仕切りの達人、O先生、、、、!!!!
12時ジャストに、、鰻重、肝吸いと共に、じゃ^~ん登場、、、
頂きま~す、、で三人、、静かに蓋を開け、、こだわり、の鰻
関東系では蒸しますが、、ここ観光荘はあくまで焼きに、、、こだわり
皮が香ばしく美味い!!、、蕩けるような感じではなく、、焼きの美味さが満喫出来ます!!!
やっぱり、、、観光荘!!
是非、お勧めです、、、時間をずらしどうぞ~!!
