私が一番最初の投稿者になることには大いに躊躇いがあります。
写真もクチコミも非常に拙劣なので。できればすぐにでもほかの方にクチコミを被せてもらいたい。
今回はまさにここを訪れるために私は海を渡りました。島内のどこで聞いても「え、あそこに泊まるの?いいよねえ!」と言われた、伊豆大島一番の宿。
ここはグルメサイトなので宿としての評価は控えますが、本当にすばらしい。
料理ももちろん完璧。地元食材を心ゆくまで楽しませてくれます。
夕食では食前酒がまずは印象的でした。椿の甘いものでしたが、胃袋がはっきりと活性化されます。
前菜はやはり明日葉が良かった。
牛ほほ肉も美味しいのですが、付け合せのカブはソースに合いますねえ。
メインのキンメの唐揚げは白身も軟らかくて最高なんですが、皮と脂が実に旨かった。
朝食も完璧。
わざわざ行く価値は絶対にあります。
