何度も訪問しているお店ですが、少し間が開いてしまいました。
久しぶりにレロエ・オヴェストさんに行ってみました。
いつもは予約だけで満席になっているのですが、この日は少し予約は少なかったようです。
今回もBのランチを注文。そして飲み物はジンジャエールをお願いしました。
パスタは白身魚とからすみのソース スパゲッティと黒豚と香味野菜のトマトソース フェットチーネを家内とシェアすることにしました。
メインは私がスペイン産イベリコ豚のグリル、家内は産地直送鮮魚のソテーです。
本当は黒豚と香味野菜のトマトソースはスパゲッティなのですが、お店のかたがスパゲッティが重なるのでフェットチーネはいかがですか?と勧めてくださいました。
まずは前菜が到着。
この日の前菜はこんな内容でした。
鴨のロースト レンコンのガーリックマリネ
キスのフリット ニンジンのサラダ カレー塩
長崎県産ヒラマサのカルパッチョ
チーズのブリュレ
鶏の白レバーのクロスティーニ
パルマ産生ハムとプロシュート・コット
この前菜はとても美味しくて種類が多くて大好きです。
パスタはは白身魚とからすみのソース スパゲッティは味が濃すぎず塩梅がよくて、からすみの味が美味しいです。
黒豚と香味野菜のトマトソース フェットチーネは野菜の水分で少し味が薄い気もしますが、食べやすい味付けです。
メインの豚のグリルはバルサミコを使ったソースが美味しいです。
家内は長崎県産真鯛のソテーです。少し味見をさせてもらいましたが、真鯛の味が生かされていて美味しいソテーでした。
デザートはパイ生地とカスタードとジェラートを一緒に食べると食感がいいです。
いつも安定して美味しいイタリアンをいただくことができるので大好きなお店です。
