おいしいだけの店、雰囲気がいいだけのお店っていうのはけっこうあると思うけどこのお店は本当に両方が高いレベルのお店。
いい蕎麦やっていうと創業何十年みたいなところを思い浮かべるけど、このお店は比較的新しいお店でありながらこの根津の雰囲気になじんだいい空気を作ってます。
で、肝心の蕎麦の方もせいろ、田舎ともにコシのきいた味。
営業は朝とお昼だけというなかなか訪問しにくい形ではあるけどそれでも休日のお昼にふらっと訪れて蕎麦焼酎の蕎麦湯わりなんかを楽しんでみたりしたくなる
そんな素敵な蕎麦屋さんが近所にあってうれしいなぁ。

年の瀬にまたも訪問。
年末の忙しいのに昼下がりからビール>蕎麦焼酎蕎麦湯割コースを楽しみながらあてにゆばをわさび&酒盗とあわせて食わせるものとつまみ盛り合わせで。
うーん至福のときだなぁ。
お気に入りの文庫本でも持ち込んで酒をちびちびやりながらつまみをいただいて、〆にはさらっとせいろを流し込む。
そういうスタイルがとっても似合うお店なのです。
また来年もこよう・・・
