レビューを確認すると2015年以来となる三宮へ見参っ
以前と変わらずカウンターのみの14席、宮原シェフのワンオペです。
まずはウーロン茶をいただきつつコーススタート(Aコース:クーポンで6,050円) (*^∇^)/□☆□\(^∇^*)
ソフトドリンクはどれも550円(ペリエ、ジンジャーエール、ウーロン茶、オレンジジュース、ノンアルビール)
・本日のオードブル 赤海老マリネ パテドカンパーニュ ドライトマトとカラマタオリーブカナッペ
スペイン生ハム しいたけマリネ 鱧 いちじく
キャトルラパンといえばっのオードブル(前菜) 盛り付けは見た目も立体造形でシェフの個性が感じられます。
お味はもちろん二重丸っ◎
・スープ 海老のスープ
温度管理が良くてアツアツで提供されました。細かい部分ですが嬉しいですね。
・魚メイン うなぎと舞茸リゾットのパイ包 バジルと山椒のペースト 白ワインとアサリのクリームソース
なかなか手の込んだ逸品、これもアツアツで、まずはパイのサクサク食感に続いてうなぎっ
クリームソースでもバジルでもどちらも(゚д゚)ウマー 食べ進む手が止まりませんw そしてバゲットおかわりっ
・肉メイン 牛フィレグリル フォアグラポアレ
フォアグラですよっ奥さんっ そしてレアに仕上げた牛フィレとソースの組み合わせがたまりませんっ
付け合せの茄子が濃すぎないソースの相まって、これまたとっても(゚д゚)ウマー
・デザート パンナコッタとマンゴーシャーベット
品数は多くないとはいえ、テンポよく提供いただいてデザートまでは約90分
お手軽にいただけるフレンチコース、当日でも席が空いていればワンチャン
店名こそ同じですけど、ワンオペなこともあるのか北新地とはちょっと違ったメニュー構成、ソースで楽しめます。
こうなるとご無沙汰している中津の北梅田にもお邪魔して違いを再確認しないといけませんね。
