福島駅から車で20分位、少し離れたのどかな田園の中に店を構え
駐車場から店舗入り口、座席までのアプローチには趣きがあり
建物も時代を感じる佇まいで
毎度の事ですが楽しいひと時、料理への期待が高まります
コース料理は水仙会席
メインのヒレステーキの焼き具合はミディアムレアで
表面の香ばしさ、中のしっとり感、柔らかさも十分で、肉の美味さを最大限に引き出した味わい
山葵、塩が添えられ、上質なヒレにはシンプルな味付けが実に合います(^^)
鮃(ひらめ)の明太子射込み揚げ タルタルソース和えは
衣をまとった鮃をカリッと揚げ、中はふっくら、明太子の塩っ気とタルタルソースの酸味がしっかり一つにまとまっている所が素晴らしい!!
内陸に店構えながら、お造りも新鮮
