Restaurant highlights |
It's hearty food! Shokuraku is pronounced "kura".
Choose between thick and thin noodles, which are our proud homemade noodles. 200g of thick noodles topped with a generous amount of bean sprouts grown locally in Kurashiki!! You can increase the amoun
...t of bean sprouts up to six times for free! We also recommend customizing the amount of garlic and back fat and the firmness of the noodles!! The popular thin noodles are smooth and delicious! We also offer a free refill on weekdays, and an extra bowl for students!! Our tender pork belly char siu is rolled and simmered for three hours in-store every day. Our homemade soup, which is packed with the delicious flavor of pork bones, is made by carefully preparing a large amount of pork bones in three stages, cooking it over high heat in a large pot inside the store for over eight hours, and then letting it sit overnight before using! Be sure to try our pride and joy, our Ramen and Chinese noodles.
