We use rice from Mashiki Town, the epicenter of the Kumamoto earthquake, wishing for the recovery of Kumamoto, both regular and sticky rice. Our homemade squid sauce also uses soy sauce from Kumamoto Prefecture. It contains squid tentacles! Includes Akamoku from Amakusa! The size of the dried squid is also substantial!
