The finest olive beef, Japanese black beef, is both tasty and tender. It is grilled to order. Enjoy with a squeeze of sudachi citrus for a refreshing aroma. You can choose between large shrimp tempura or seasonal simmered bamboo Simmered dish.

Udon Market's yuzu pepper is made with care by purchasing raw green chili peppers from Korea (characterized by its unique sweetness and flavor despite its spiciness) and pesticide-free yuzu through a contract with a farmer in Kochi. It is made by hand. Kake udon with grilled/olive beef, kamatama udon, and grated sudachi bukkake! Adding yuzu pepper to the olive beef makes it more spicy and delicious. It also comes with bone-in chicken. This flavor is only available at the Udon Market, so please give it a try.
