開店約35年(1988年ころ?)の和食割烹店です。
2023年12月27日(水)17:00に席予約、4名で訪問。
約3か月振りの再訪です。

◆お通し(蟹の酢の物)
写真を失念しました。
◆牛肉のたたき
香ばしく、中はロゼ色の最高の火入れ。
ポン酢もバランスが絶妙で最高の出来。
◆お造り 盛り合わせ(おまかせ)
4名ですが3名分でオーダー。
鮪の赤身、いか、赤貝、鮪の中トロ、ひらめのエンガワ、しめ鯖、の6点盛り。
ごらんの通り、鮪の赤身はこの鮮やかさ。
小さめに切られていてとても好みです。
◆ひじきと長葱のサラダ 税込900円
従妹がいつも絶対オーダーする一品とのこと。
葱は水にさらした後、ふきんで丁寧に水分を取っているようなので繊維が潰れていません。
(たぶん)上品な太白ごま油で合えています。
シンプルながら確かな技と味の絶品でした。
◆殻付きカキ 1ケ 税込750円
新鮮で好みのサイズ。
カキ酢やもみじおろしもとてもいいです。
さすが名物だけあります。
◆自家製コロッケ 税込360円
じゃがいも主体で風味充分。
もちろんサックサクの揚げたて。
甘味の少ないソースも美味しかったです。
◆蟹と帆立の湯葉包み揚げ 3個 税込1,100円
3個を半分に切ってあります。
(たぶん)太白ごま油ブレンドの油で揚げてあり、そのままで充分美味しいのですが、天つゆをつけるとまた更に美味しいのです。
◆米茄子の揚げ出し 税込880円
じっくり揚げてあり、鰹節、出汁と相まってしみじみと美味しい逸品。
◆辛子蓮根入り さつま揚げ 税込770円
カリカリとした辛子蓮根がいいのですが、このすり身がまたいいのです。
